The Powered Apps teams comprise technology professionals delivering KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardized model, focusing on functional knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and expertise in cloud applications like SAP and Ariba. They lead client programs, support pre-sales, and develop improvements and extensions.

The Role

We seek talented individuals experienced in SAP S/4HANA advisory and implementation across various process areas. This high-profile role within the Supply Chain Capability team involves business development, client delivery, and practice growth.

The successful candidate will:

1. Lead delivery of SAP S/4HANA advisory and projects as an Engagement Manager and/or Solution Architect.
2. Provide expert advice in SAP Supply Chain management, optimizing processes with client collaboration.
3. Drive business development, including bids, proposals, and negotiations.
4. Support the growth of SAP Supply Chain capabilities through knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
5. Possess functional expertise in SAP Supply Chain solutions and integration with SAP Finance.
6. Advise on technical integration with other tools/applications.
7. Guide data migration and integrity during deployments.
8. Have experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation across industries like manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, or oil & gas.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

• Functional expertise in S/4HANA processes across various SAP modules.
• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or Solution Architect in large SAP transformations.
• Deep understanding of digital trends in Supply Chain and related industries.
• Experience leading bids, proposals, and negotiations.
• Ability to manage onshore, offshore, and near-shore resources efficiently.
• Strong client relationship skills and subject matter expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and motivational skills.
• Facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Minimum of three full lifecycle SAP system design, build, and deployment experiences.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating into design.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality project documentation.
• Supply Chain experience in relevant industries is preferred.
