Job Description:

My client, a top global company, is seeking a SAP Scheduling expert with SAP e-PPDS / PPDS to join their team on a contract basis. Please note this role is inside IR35 and will require setup via Umbrella Company/PAYE. The SAP Scheduling expert will deliver harmonized processes for the Production Planning stream within the S/4 HANA template on SAP e-PPDS, supporting the replacement of current solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to the global S/4 HANA template, adopting rather than adapting process design for a successful transition from SAP ECC.
• Define business requirements for Scheduling/Production Planning and collaborate with functional teams and SI/BI partners to translate these into the template build, supporting testing and resolving design issues.
• Align end-to-end processes across the ERP program for Scheduling/Production Planning, working with Process SMEs and the Smart Manufacturing group to ensure process consistency across systems.
• Support development of training materials and change management activities.
• Ensure program benefits are realized through effective implementation of Production Planning processes.

Key experience:

Expertise in SAP APO PPDS / e-PPDS, including scheduling, business requirements, and production planning.
