Job description

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a SAP S4 Logistics Consultant to join the team. In this role, you will support or act as the SAP S4 Logistics lead in managing incoming support requests and developments. Working with internal and external teams, you will ensure issues and requests are dealt with in a timely manner and align with business processes.

As the SAP S4 Logistics Consultant, you will be expected and required to travel to all of our 34 Ramsay Health Care UK sites to provide support and meet with end users.

What you’ll do:

1. Manage, resolve, and document ticket issues from users to closure.
2. Travel across our Ramsay Health Care UK hospitals to support process reviews and user training.
3. Continuously review and develop high-quality training materials for remote and in-person training.
4. Represent the SAP S4 team in stakeholder engagement groups for the logistics area.
5. Support users with UAT testing, documenting issues, and working with support partners to resolve them.

What you’ll bring with you:

• SAP S4 Certification in Logistics.
• Proven ability to problem-solve, with a passion for supporting and guiding team members.
• Understanding of MM interactions with FICO.
