Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Training and Communication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP S4 Hana / ECC, Ariba Guided Buying, excellent communication skills, and prior experience as a Super User or Trainer. This role involves developing and delivering training and communication programs to support the SAP S4 Hana deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on SAP S4 Hana.
• Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring thorough understanding of SAP S4 Hana functionalities.

Communication and Education:

• Develop clear communication strategies to promote training programs.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and webinars to educate employees on SAP S4 Hana features and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance related to SAP S4 Hana systems.

Super User and Trainer Experience:

Leverage prior experience as a Super User or Trainer to provide insights and practical knowledge. Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and adjust programs accordingly. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making improvements as needed.
