Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a SAP S/4HANA Upgrade programme for a major client from Expleo’s team in London. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinating with the Systems Integrator, business stakeholders, and testing functions to meet timelines, scope, quality and budget.

The role requires strong governance, risk management and change readiness, along with collaboration across vendor and client teams to ensure successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Finance, or related discipline.
• Recognised project/programme certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, Agile delivery credentials)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage the integrated project plan for the SAP S/4HANA Upgrade programme.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and critical dependencies.
• Drive delivery activities across business and technical workstreams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Monitor progress against the agreed schedule and proactively manage deviations.
• Coordinate activities between the client, Systems Integrator, technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Establish and manage project governance structures, reporting processes and delivery forums.
• Produce regular status reports, dashboards and executive updates.
• Present project progress, risks, issues and key decisions to programme leadership and governance boards.
