Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Architect to lead the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, balancing ongoing ECC optimization with the design and execution of the migration. The role requires coordination across MBDA UK, France and Italy, with regular travel and a hybrid on-site work pattern.

You will own SAP technical governance, oversee readiness checks, data migration, and integration architecture, and work with security teams to ensure compliant SAP security.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as SAP Technical Architect or equivalent.
• Proven ECC to S/4HANA migration experience.
• Deep SAP HANA and S/4HANA architecture knowledge.
• Strong SAP Basis, integration and security skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and govern the SAP technical architecture for ECC and S/4HANA.
• Guide SAP Basis, HANA, and infrastructure decisions.
• Oversee readiness checks, data migration, and cutover activities.
• Manage integration architecture between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure SAP security architecture.
• Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers and project teams.
