Job Description:

Overview: DXC Technology is expanding its SAP business across the UK and Europe. We are seeking a SAP S/4HANA P2P Senior Consultant to join our team, engaging in full project lifecycles from sales to delivery. You will work with clients across various industries, applying your expertise to deliver value-driven SAP solutions.

We focus on growth through People, Customers, and Operational Excellence. British Nationals are preferred, but other candidates may be considered in exceptional cases.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Procurement and P2P process design and implementation, including SAP MM, SRM replacement, Fiori apps, and integration with Ariba or other sourcing tools.
• Manage end-to-end P2P processes from sourcing to invoice receipt.
• Conduct workshops with clients to assess pain points and design streamlined procurement models.
• Define integration points across SAP modules and vendor platforms.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including solutioning, RFPs, client demos, and proposals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, testing, and cutover.
• Utilize DXC’s accelerators and best practices for procurement transformation.
• Drive adoption of innovations like Fiori apps and analytics.

Experience & Skills:

• Extensive SAP experience with deep knowledge in SAP MM, Inventory Management, and P2P lifecycle.
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including procurement design.
• Hands-on experience with procurement processes and SAP integration with Ariba, Coupa, or SRM.
• Proven leadership in client engagements from discovery to go-live.

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Configuration experience in SAP MM, Purchase Requisitions, Orders, Goods Receipts, Invoice Verification.
• Understanding of integration with FI, Inventory, and Logistics modules.
• Experience with Fiori procurement apps and related workflows.
• Knowledge of e-invoicing, tax compliance, and vendor onboarding is a plus.

Stakeholder & Soft Skills:

• Ability to engage with senior procurement and finance leaders.
• Strong skills in translating procurement needs into SAP solutions.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Methodologies & Tools:

• Experience with SAP Activate and agile delivery.
• Familiarity with Signavio, Solution Manager, JIRA/Confluence, and DevOps pipelines.

Certifications & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or IT.
• SAP Certification in S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement or equivalent.
• Additional credentials like Lean Procurement or CIPS are advantageous.
