Qualifications

• Previous SAP S/4HANA experience is desirable, ideally with order processing or data entry.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process and update orders in SAP S/4HANA with accurate data.
• Manage shared inboxes, spreadsheets and internal records.
• Handle order queries, amendments and routine admin tasks.
• Coordinate with internal service teams by phone and email.
• Provide wider admin support to manage workloads and priorities.
