Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Implementation Programmes Finance Lead
Salary: Circa £70,000 (DOE)
Location: Hertfordshire(Hybrid working, 2-3 days on-site)
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK National required

Join a leading defence organisation and play a key role in transforming Programmes Finance through the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. As the Finance Lead, you will work with cross-functional teams to shape and harmonise finance processes across the UK and the wider group. This is a unique opportunity to lead the design and integration of cutting-edge financial systems that will drive efficiency and innovation for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UK Programmes Finance through the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Work with systems integrators to ensure business requirements are met.
• Coordinate testing, address defects, and support the development of a “Golden Data Set.”
• Serve as the primary contact for UK Programmes Finance within the project, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Present progress and decisions to senior management.
• Integrate with new Programmes Finance Planning Tool (BPC).
