Job summary

PwC's SAP practice in the Technology line of service is expanding, focusing on S/4HANA transformations across Finance, Supply Chain and Human Capital. You will lead data migration workstreams, collaborate with SAP experts and drive large multinational programmes, delivering value through AI-enabled capabilities.

You will develop leadership skills and contribute from day one within PwC's global network, shaping future transformation initiatives and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• S/4HANA consulting experience.
• Data migration project leadership.
• End-to-end SAP deployments (ECC/S/4HANA).
• Cutover planning experience.
• Migration dress rehearsals and go-live readiness.
• Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit and ETL tools (SDI/SDQ).
• Data quality and cleansing expertise.
• ABAP knowledge advantageous.
• Team lead experience (2–5 people).

Responsibilities

• Manage data workstream on large S/4HANA programmes.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants to analyse data migration needs.
• Lead design, build, test and execute data migrations.
• Support financial management and engagement control for client projects.
• Contribute to data/analytics strategy, KPIs, governance and quality.

What your days will look like

• Managing Data workstream on large S/4HANA programmes.
• Working with SAP functional and technical consultants analysing data migration requirements.
• Leading teams to design, build, test, and execute data migrations.
• Assisting in the financial management and control of client engagements.
• Working in a team across multiple areas of Data and Analytics such as data and reporting strategy, reporting and KPIs definition, data governance, data quality, etc. depending on project scope and across various stages of the project lifecycle.
• Being actively involved in presales / business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new / existing clients.
• Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients.
• Contributing to managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing/challenging the output produced by the team.

This role is for you if

• You have significant experience in S/4HANA Consulting.
• You have working knowledge and experience of managing Data Migration projects in SAP environments.
• You are an SAP data expert and have experience of at least two end to end design and implementation programmes within SAP ECC/or S/4HANA projects.
• You have experience with cutover planning and preparation of data migration plans.
• You have experience of migration dress rehearsals, migration cutover tasks
• Experience in SDT projects using SNP, CBS or similar tooling
• Experience in SAP Migration Cockpit and an understanding of the latest ETL tools from SAP for S/4HANA, such as SDI, SDQ.
• You have experience in Data Quality and Cleansing of Data.
• Understanding and previous usage of ABAP would be advantageous.
• Team Lead experience of between 2-5 people.
