This is a remote position.

As a key player in our program, this role will be accountable for the Commercial design, integration, build, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA and integrated digital solutions (e.g., EDI, E-Invoicing platforms, e-commerce, PLM, AI/ML) in the area of Commercial Sales & Distribution. The role will be part of our “Lean Digital Core” team within the Data, Digital, and IT Organization.

Requirements

• Data IT Lead as counterpart to Business data lead in COM.
• Manage Data deliverables and contribute to the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) organization objectives outside LDC, for Commercial Data assets and processes with a governance of Data Quality rules framework.
• Manage Retrofit scope activities – both in Minor and Major Releases scope.
• Own and drive assigned Cross-Functional Design topics for the Commercial area to prepare for Process design teams, addressing all business requirements and opportunities while following architectural standards, quality, and information security principles.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Enterprise Process Integration leads to make key design and scope decisions for standardized, simplified integrated solutions.
• Champion the standardization and simplification of design, limiting custom solutions to cases where the company makes a market difference.
• Liaise with Design leads across Commercial and other functions like Finance and Operations to ensure bi-directional sharing of relevant info and that tasks are completed as per KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Belgium degree or similar).
• Veeva CRM certification (system admin gold configuration level) is mandatory.
• Experience with CRM system administration (technical and functional).
• Project management skills and business analysis experience.
• At least 10 years in Pharma and CRM.
• Skills: Organized, structured, capable of managing projects and business analysis, stakeholder management, and understanding of IT architecture, integrations, and standard processes.
