Role Title: Functional Analyst – SAP S/4 HANA MM and WM

Location: London (Hybrid) – travel to London office as required (approx. 2 days per week, possibly up to 5 days)

About the Project

We seek an experienced Functional Analyst in S/4 HANA Managed Supply Chain for a global oil and gas client. You will be part of the ERP Functional team working on one of the largest oil and gas S/4 HANA implementations worldwide. Your responsibilities include:

• Senior Consultant or Manager level experience in SAP Material Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management
• Extensive experience in S/4 HANA implementation (at least 3-4 end-to-end cycles) in Supply Chain and Logistics
• Hands-on SAP Materials Management experience in Supply Chain and cross-functional Warehouse Management
• Experience setting up reports, interfaces, workflows, and enhancements
• Strong SAP functional and analytical skills to support projects and enhancements
• Excellent project management skills, capable of working independently and delivering on deadlines
• Consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders
• Stakeholder management skills, collaborating with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Desired Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of RLM/Field Logistics
• 2-5 years of experience in Service, Manufacturing, Oil, or Gas industries
• Certification in S/4 HANA Warehouse Management or Transportation Management
• Basic awareness of ABAP

Responsibilities include:

• Configuring documents and writing single functional test documents
• Configuring and testing SAP systems, including debugging and walkthroughs
