• Competitive base salary of £26k, rising to £30k after your first promotion
• An added bonus of £1,000 per month for the first 6 months to help with living costs

The Role – Recruitment Consultant

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients
• Headhunting suitable candidates through LinkedIn for your live roles
• Interviewing candidates and scheduling interviews with your clients
• Preparing candidates for interviews
• Following leads for new business and potential candidates
• Negotiating contracts with your clients and for your candidates
• Making placements and earning commission!

The Ideal Candidate – Recruitment Consultant

• Experience working in recruitment or a fast-paced sales role
• OR degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
• Confident interacting with a wide range of individuals
• Being fluent in German or any other European language is ideal but not essential
• Resilient and able to bounce back from mistakes
• Team player
• Driven to be successful
