Introduction to Apps IT: Apps IT is recognised as one of Europe’s leading independent SAP and Oracle recruitment companies. Established in 2001, we have approaching 25 years experience working with global blue-chip organisations running SAP or Oracle ERP solutions.

Due to significant client expansion in France, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our SAP team as a candidate-focused Delivery Consultant. You will work directly with our French SAP Business Development consultant, focusing on contract and permanent roles for our largest French client.

About the role: As a Delivery Consultant, you will build strong relationships with candidates primarily via telephone, ensuring they are matched to suitable SAP contract or permanent opportunities with our top clients. Your responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment:

• Identify, attract, and engage top SAP talent through various channels, including our internal database, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen applicants and collaborate with our French Business Development consultant to assess skills and experience for suitable roles.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified SAP professionals across modules such as SAP HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP ABAP.
• Understand client requirements to deliver appropriate candidates.

Striving for Quality:

• Manage the recruitment process with a focus on high-quality service, including communication, interviews, and updates.
• Represent Apps IT professionally throughout the recruitment cycle.

Market Knowledge & Expertise:

• Stay updated on SAP market trends, industry changes, and technological advancements to advise candidates effectively.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of SAP roles and related technologies.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in French (both written and verbal) is essential
• Proven experience in SAP recruitment, either agency or in-house
• Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and job boards
• Knowledge of Bullhorn is advantageous but not essential
• Understanding of the SAP ecosystem is a plus; relevant IT recruitment experience is necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting KPIs
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
