Role: You will be joining a dynamic team to deliver SAP RE-FX solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to analyze real estate business processes and requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP RE-FX solutions, including contract management, lease administration, and property management.
• Configure and maintain SAP RE-FX modules to support real estate management processes.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP RE-FX system.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
• Collaborate with legal and business teams to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage workflows for SAP Real Estate Contracts and Rental Objects.
• Handle real estate transactions, including leases, acquisitions, sales, and disposals.
• Generate and analyze financial reports related to real estate portfolios.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP RE-FX.
• At least 1 end-to-end implementation experience of SAP RE-FX (Property Management) in an S/4HANA environment.
• Experience with key integration points between SAP RE-FX and other SAP modules like Finance, Procurement, and Project Systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
