Job description

My client, a well-respected Global SAP Partner, are looking for an SAP QA Tester to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. The successful candidate will have strong experience in testing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules. This role is 100% remote and the successful candidate needs to be able to work their core hours during CET Time (Central European Time). The rate on this requirement is flexible based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough testing of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules potential to also include recruitment and onboarding2.0, including payroll and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure compliance with German legislative requirements related to payroll and employee management.
  • Perform integration testing to verify seamless interaction between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues in Jira/Zepher
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to resolve issues and ensure successful deployment.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and outcomes.
Required Criteria:
  • Language Skills:Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience:Proven experience in quality assurance testing for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
  • Recruitment Modules:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment modules.
  • Integration Testing:Experience in testing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
  • Employee Lifecycle Testing:Ability to test full employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Analytical Skills:Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Collaboration:Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. ONB Recruitment
  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems.
