Job summary

Searchability in Worthing is seeking an SAP PSCD Functional Consultant to deliver enhancements and projects on a large-scale SAP Tax and Revenue Management solution. You will join the SAP Delivery Centre, lead or contribute to end-to-end SAP implementations, from requirements gathering to live handover.

You will run client workshops, produce blueprints and functional specifications, configure SAP solutions, and support developers and testers through build and test cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP PSCD (Public Sector Collections and Disbursement).
• Experience with FI-CA; TRM; public sector SAP projects.
• At least one complete FI-CA project lifecycle.
• Experience leading requirements workshops.
• Knowledge of UK statutory financial accounting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enhancements and project work for a large-scale SAP Tax and Revenue Management solution.
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end SAP solutions from requirements to live handover.

• £450 per day via Umbrella
• 6-month contract
• Worthing – 2 days per week onsite
• SC eligible required

Our client is a leading technology and professional services organisation delivering SAP solutions to major UK public sector organisations. Their SAP team supports one of the largest SAP Tax and Revenue Management implementations globally, with continued growth creating an opportunity for an experienced SAP PSCD Functional Consultant to join the team.

THE SAP PSCD FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT ROLE:

As an SAP PSCD Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering enhancements and project work relating to a large-scale SAP Tax and Revenue Management solution.

Working as part of the SAP Delivery Centre, you will lead or contribute to teams delivering end-to-end SAP solutions, from requirements gathering and impact assessment through to design, configuration, testing, implementation and handover into live services.

You will lead client workshops to understand requirements and articulate appropriate SAP solutions, produce blueprints and functional specifications, configure the SAP solution and support developers and testers throughout the build and testing phases.

You will also ensure solutions are successfully implemented into the live environment and that appropriate documentation and handover to live services are completed.

SAP PSCD FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Strong experience with SAP PSCD (Public Sector Collections and Disbursement)
• Strong SAP FI-CA experience; equivalent industry-specific FI-CA such as Utilities, Telecoms, Insurance or SAP BRIM/Hybris Billing will be considered
• Experience with SAP Tax and Revenue Management (TRM)
• At least one complete FI-CA project lifecycle
• Proven SAP implementation and/or support experience
• Experience delivering SAP solutions within the Public Sector
• Experience leading requirements workshops and translating requirements into SAP solutions
• SAP configuration, functional specifications and solution design experience
• Experience supporting developers and testers through build and testing
• Knowledge of UK statutory financial accounting and reporting requirements
• Understanding of SAP integration touchpoints with other modules
