The Role: SAP Project Manager

Location: Macclesfield (Hybrid 2 days per week onsite)

Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly experienced project manager to lead SAP Solutions implementations.
• With a minimum of 10 years of work experience, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in delivering SAP projects.
• Lead and manage the implementation, optimization, and upgrades of SAP applications, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals, while also managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring that goals are met on time and within scope.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve program delivery.
• Lead the application of Agile methodologies and best practices to ensure continuous delivery and collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical, to align business objectives.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and forecasts, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to meet project needs.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills are mandatory.
