Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SAP S4 Project Administrator/Intern to join a leading company on a 6-month contract based in Westhill, Aberdeen.

The company is currently undertaking a significant SAP S4 Transformation Programme, transitioning from the existing ECC solution to SAP S4 Hana. This transformation will introduce business process changes across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Asset Management.

The aim is to establish globally standardized processes and data through the modern S4 application, enhancing business efficiency, improving operations, and providing valuable insights through increased visualisation, analytics, and automation.

Role Overview

The SAP Project Administrator will support the PMO Lead by providing essential administrative assistance for the programme.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting the onboarding of project personnel to the PMO framework and processes.
  2. Providing ongoing guidance to staff on the agreed programme management methodology, processes, and techniques.
  3. Managing scheduling, taking minutes, and tracking actions for key programme meetings and workshops.
Required
  1. Previous experience in a coordination or support role.
  2. Strong proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.
  3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  4. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work.
  5. Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships within a team.
  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and motivated by challenges.
