Job Title: SAP Programme Manager – Global SAP S/4HANA Transformation

Location: Remote (UK)

Duration: 6–12 Months (Extendable)

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics workstreams.
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between business, IT leadership, and external SAP partners.
• Oversee programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and offshore teams.
• Support change management and user adoption.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of SAP programme management experience.
• Led full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, WM).
• Experience with global rollouts and multi-vendor environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred:

• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe.
• Experience with data migration, integration, SAP Solution Manager.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow.
