As an SAP Sourcing & Procurement leader, you will be a key part of expanding our Ariba UK & Ireland practice and leading large-scale Source to Pay transformations. This senior role involves defining approaches, creating deployment roadmaps, and leading projects from start to finish. Your expertise in business processes and Ariba will be crucial in serving our clients effectively. You will have the opportunity to help global companies achieve their sourcing and procurement goals and influence new deals.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of SAP Sourcing & Procurement experience
• At least 5 full lifecycle implementations of all project phases
• Recognition as a functional leader and expert with strong communication skills with Procurement and IT professionals
• Experience leading large-scale SAP S/4 HANA and/or Ariba transformations and managing complex projects
• Proven ability to drive innovation and enhance SAP solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to foster innovation within SAP Sourcing & Procurement and identify opportunities for improvement
• Experience developing strategic partnerships with SAP and other vendors
• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in Sourcing & Procurement
• Track record of influencing client transformation journeys and delivering business value through SAP implementations
