We are seeking a SAP Sourcing & Procurement Functional Senior Manager to join our team in Leeds. In this senior role, you will help define approaches, deployment roadmaps, and lead large-scale Source to Pay transformations. Your strong business process knowledge and in-depth Ariba expertise will be key to serving our clients effectively. This role offers the opportunity to support global companies in achieving their sourcing and procurement goals and to shape new deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver large-scale SAP Sourcing & Procurement projects, including SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba transformations.
• Provide thought leadership and insights as a recognized functional leader and expert.
• Communicate effectively with procurement and IT professionals.
• Drive innovation and contribute to SAP solution enhancements.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with SAP and other vendors.
• Identify emerging trends and technologies to incorporate into SAP solutions.
• Influence clients’ sourcing and procurement transformation journeys and deliver business value.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+ years of SAP Sourcing & Procurement experience.
• At least 5 full lifecycle implementations of all project phases.
• Proven leadership in large SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba projects.
• Strong communication skills with procurement and IT professionals.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement within SAP Sourcing & Procurement.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships and leveraging emerging technologies.
• Track record of influencing client transformation journeys.
