Role Title: SAP Sourcing & Procurement Functional Senior Manager

Location: Cardiff, United Kingdom

In this role, you will:

• Lead large-scale Source to Pay transformations as part of the Ariba UK & Ireland practice.
• Define approaches, deployment roadmaps, and lead projects from start to finish.
• Utilize your strong business process knowledge and Ariba expertise to serve our clients effectively.
• Support global companies in achieving their Sourcing & Procurement goals and shape new deals.

Required skills and experience:

• 10+ years of SAP Sourcing & Procurement experience.
• At least 5 full lifecycle implementations of all phases.
• Recognized as a functional leader and expert, with strong communication skills with Procurement and IT professionals.
• Experience leading large SAP S/4 HANA and/or Ariba transformations and managing complex projects.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and enhance SAP solutions.

Preferred qualities:

• Ability to foster innovation and identify improvement opportunities within SAP Sourcing & Procurement.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships with SAP and other technology vendors.
• Ability to incorporate emerging trends and technologies into SAP solutions.
• Track record of influencing client transformation journeys and delivering business value.
