A new and exciting opportunity has arisen in Europe’s leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services. We are looking for an experienced SAP PI/BTP Integration Suite developer to join the Enterprise Integration team, which is the function within Group Information Services responsible for delivering all group integration solutions. Our goal is to ensure we deliver professional integrations both internally and externally that maximise efficiencies and minimise costs. We deliver, maintain, and support integration solutions at both group and country levels across all our operating countries. We focus on delivering outstanding customer service and commercially viable solutions while ensuring our solutions are secure, stable, and reliable.

What you’ll do

1. Support and develop integrations at country or global levels.
2. Analyse, optimise, and design existing and new integrations in both A2A and B2B solutions.
3. Work with various standards: Industry, Computacenter, and customer variances.
4. Utilise different connectivity methods and security practices.
5. Carry out third-line support activities and configuration requests.
6. If suitable, take responsibility for (partial) projects.
7. Receive training and coaching from experienced colleagues and be supported in your personal development.

What you’ll need

1. Experience in integration development with expert knowledge of at least one middleware application.
2. Experience with XML and JSON integration formats.
3. Knowledge of procurement cycle transactions and/or ticketing (incident/request) transactions.
4. Good understanding of security concepts within integration.
5. Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., ABAP, VB, C++, PowerShell, XSLT, XQuery, SQL, Groovy Script, JavaScript).
6. Interest in current market trends and up-to-date technological knowledge.
7. Understanding of industry standards within the area of integration.

Additional information

• We would need you to travel up to 2 days per week to our Hatfield office.
