Service Care Solutions is seeking a Pensions Payroll Administrator for a contract role in London to support a SAP payroll system implementation. The successful candidate will be involved in UAT, parallel runs and go-live activities, coordinating with HR, Finance and IT staff.

Ideal candidates will have strong SAP payroll knowledge and experience in payroll implementations within the public sector. Quick-start capability and clear communication across multiple teams are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Strong payroll systems knowledge including SAP payroll.
• Experience supporting payroll implementations and testing phases (UAT, parallel runs).
• Experience in a public sector payroll environment; pensions knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to start quickly and communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams.

Aufgaben

• Support User-Acceptance Testing (UAT), parallel runs and testing cycles for the SAP payroll system implementation.
• Manage end-to-end project tasks including process mapping, documentation, validation and reconciliations.
• Support configuration updates and system changes to facilitate go-live.
• Provide ongoing support during go-live to ensure smooth system operation.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT and system integrators to resolve issues and maintain communication.
