Job summary

Talan is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect specializing in SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and OpenText VIM to support a major transformation programme. The role involves reviewing current P2P landscapes, identifying improvements, and designing scalable solutions aligned with SAP/OpenText capabilities.

You will work with stakeholders and partners to ensure end-to-end P2P processes meet business objectives, with occasional UK travel and a remote working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Solutions Architect or Senior SAP P2P consultant.
• Deep understanding of SAP Procure-to-Pay processes and related technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
• Experience designing and implementing VIM enhancements, including Logic Modules and workflow improvements.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end P2P transformations in complex multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and design of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes within SAP and OpenText VIM.
• Define solution architecture and recommend improvements to enhance processing efficiency.
• Design functional specifications for VIM enhancements, including Logic Modules and data enrichment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants to map current and future-state processes.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with SAP/OpenText best practices and business requirements.
