Job summary

1st Executive Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP Procure-to-Pay specialist for a critical SAP go-live transformation in a globally integrated Life Sciences environment.

The role focuses on maintaining procurement continuity, solving transactional challenges and accelerating SAP adoption across international teams. You will partner with Procurement, Finance and IT to ensure seamless end-to-end P2P processes, with emphasis on S/4HANA go-live, hypercare and stabilisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' SAP Procure-to-Pay experience.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA expertise.
• Knowledge of PRs, POs, invoice reconciliation and supplier transactions.
• Experience in Life Sciences procurement and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide go-live and hypercare support for SAP P2P processes.
• Manage end-to-end P2P workflows in SAP S/4HANA.
• Troubleshoot issues such as invoice discrepancies and blocked payments.
• Engage with international stakeholders across Procurement, Finance and IT.
• Coach business users and drive SAP adoption post-go-live.
