Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our SAP MDG solutions as part of a broader digital transformation programme. You will play a pivotal role in shaping master data strategy and ensuring high data quality and governance standards across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design SAP MDG solutions aligned with business and IT strategies

• Lead end-to-end SAP MDG implementations, including data modelling, workflows, and UI configuration

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define master data governance frameworks

• Ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA and broader enterprise architecture

• Provide expert guidance on data migration, integration, and quality management

• Act as SME on SAP MDG across multiple data domains (e.g., Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance)

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as an SAP MDG Architect on large-scale transformation programmes

• Deep understanding of MDG capabilities including Data Models, Workflows, BRF+, and UI enhancements

• Strong background in the CPG or FMCG sector is highly desirable

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration with MDG

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
