Job summary

Drive Medical is seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Manager to own data governance and maintenance across SAP master data in the UK, Europe, and global locations. You will lead governance, maintenance and continuous improvement of SAP master data, working with ERP Support, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and Product Management.

You will drive end-to-end data processes, ensure accuracy, and support ERP developments, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ERP ECC and/or S/4HANA master data management.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG or similar master data governance tool is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP master data processes across material, customer, vendor, pricing, BOM and finance master data.
• Establish and maintain data governance standards, policies and controls.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and accessibility across multiple functions and locations.
• Perform data audits, cleansing activities and validation to maintain integrity.
• Investigate master data issues, conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and deliver process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Support ERP change initiatives and developments impacting master data.
• Maintain documentation, business rules and approval workflows for consistent processes.

Are you passionate about data quality, governance and continuous improvement? We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Manager to take ownership of our master data processes, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of critical business data across the organisation.

Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting business operations across the UK, Europe and global locations. You will lead the governance, maintenance and continuous improvement of SAP master data, working closely with teams across ERP Support, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and Product Management.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

• Experience working with SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) and master data management processes.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG or a similar master data governance tool would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience within a manufacturing, medical devices or similar operational environment.
