In our team you will:

• Advise clients on data transformation strategies, focusing on SAP solutions and partnerships.
• Lead data migration streams in S/4HANA transformations, collaborating with delivery teams.
• Engage with clients across various industries on their transformation projects.

As an SAP MDG Associate Manager, you will:

Support SAP transformation projects as a Functional Expert in master data governance, translating business needs into SAP functional designs and overseeing solution delivery.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience advising on Master Data Management strategies and supporting SAP MDG implementations.
• Leadership in transforming data governance models and establishing target operating models.
• At least 7 years of functional data experience, with SME skills across SAP lifecycle projects.
• Proven leadership in distributed teams and offshore collaborations.
• Ability to address data quality challenges and define corrective actions.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG deployment methodologies and project management approaches (Agile, Waterfall).

Preferred additional skills:

• Broader S/4HANA functional experience.
• Knowledge of full data lifecycle management, including non-SAP solutions.
• Strong relationships with C-Suite stakeholders.
• Experience with other MDM tools.
