ZEISS is seeking a SAP Product Data & Compliance Analyst to manage SAP material master data, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and compliance information, ensuring accuracy and governance across engineering and manufacturing environments.

You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams to maintain data integrity and support product compliance activities, including export controls, through precise data handling and robust governance practices.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems maintaining master data, product data or BOMs.
• Strong attention to detail with passion for data accuracy, governance and compliance.

Responsabilités

THE OPPORTUNITY

Working within the Microscopy Research & Development department at ZEISS, we are looking for a SAP Product Data & Compliance Analyst to support the management, governance and continuous improvement of critical engineering and product data. You'll play a key role in maintaining product structures, Bills of Materials and compliance information, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data that underpins world-leading scientific instrumentation.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Managing and maintaining SAP material master data and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Identifying, investigating and resolving data quality issues, omissions and inconsistencies
• Supporting product compliance and export control activities by providing accurate technical information
• Working closely with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure product data integrity
• Driving improvements in data governance, reporting and analysis, including the use of modern data tools and techniques

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system, maintaining master data, product data or Bills of Materials
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy, governance and compliance
• Experience within an engineering, manufacturing, technical or product-based environment
• Ability to analyse large data sets, identify issues and implement practical solutions
• Degree qualified, or equivalent experience, within Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline
