Job summary

KPMG is seeking a talented SAP Manager to lead Supply Chain transformations across various sectors. The role involves managing complex SAP projects and developing junior staff, while leveraging extensive expertise in SAP systems and client management. Qualifications

  • Expertise in SAP Supply Chain areas, especially SAP Extended Warehouse Management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain processes.
  • Experience in SAP system design and implementation, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of a Supply Chain workstream on a large SAP S/4HANA project.
  • Manage SAP delivery projects and coordinate teams.

The SAP Sectors Consulting team delivers KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardized delivery model, focusing on professional delivery to clients. You will work on challenging SAP transformations, utilizing your functional knowledge in areas like Supply Chain Planning, Production, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Procurement, and cloud applications such as SAP, Ariba, IBP, EWM, TM, to lead and deliver client programs across industries, with a focus on pre-sales and innovation.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the design and delivery of a Supply Chain workstream on a large SAP S/4HANA project
  • Support pre-sales cycles to secure future SAP Supply Chain engagements, including client presentations to C-Suite stakeholders
  • Design and implement complex solutions for customers, collaborating across workstreams
  • Supervise and coach junior staff to develop their potential
  • Manage SAP delivery projects, including timelines, team coordination, and reviews with senior management
  • Support business development and sales initiatives, including bids and proposals

What will you need to do it?

  • Expertise in SAP Supply Chain areas, especially SAP Extended Warehouse Management, SAP EAM/PM/MRO, SAP Order Management & Fulfillment, SAP Product Lifecycle Management, and SAP Transport Management
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain processes and their integration with other business functions
  • Experience in SAP system design, build, deployment, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations preferred
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and ensure quality delivery
  • Analytical skills to clarify complex issues and synthesize information
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments, supporting multiple activities and mentoring
  • Team leadership experience (on/offshore)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interpersonal, organizational, and motivational skills

Skills we'd love to see / Extras:

  • Knowledge of SAP integrations with third-party tools in Supply Chain
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharma, Oil & Gas, or Retail industries
  • Experience facilitating design workshops and translating requirements
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships
  • Self-starter attitude, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Support for business development and client presentations to executives
  • Knowledge of digital trends in Supply Chain, ESG, Industry 4.0, SCM Digital Solutions
