PYVITAL Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to lead the operational stability and evolution of a complex SAP S/4HANA environment.

You will manage a team of SAP analysts and developers, oversee incident and change demand, and drive improvements across the estate, including readiness for SAP RISE. This role offers a flexible hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading SAP teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (on-prem).
• Proven ability to balance BAU support with project delivery and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of SAP specialists across BAU and project delivery.
• Allocate resources across support, enhancements, audits, and transformation workstreams.
• Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA service availability, performance, and stability.
• Oversee month-end, year-end, and critical business cycle support activities.
• Manage vendor relationships including AMS, hosting providers, and auditors.
• Ensure robust technical documentation across system landscapes and integrations.
• Prioritise configuration changes, enhancements, fixes, and transport management.
• Govern change and release processes in line with CAB procedures.

About the Role:

We are supporting a leading professional services organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to lead the operational stability, optimisation, and ongoing evolution of a complex SAP S/4HANA environment.

This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality day-to-day SAP service delivery, managing incident and change demand, overseeing enhancements, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives including readiness for SAP RISE.

You will lead a team of SAP analysts and developers, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of SAP specialists across BAU and project delivery
• Allocate resources across support, enhancements, audits, and transformation workstreams
• Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA service availability, performance, and stability
• Oversee month-end, year-end, and critical business cycle support activities
• Manage vendor relationships including AMS, hosting providers, and auditors
• Ensure robust technical documentation across system landscapes and integrations
• Prioritise configuration changes, enhancements, fixes, and transport management
• Govern change and release processes in line with CAB procedures
• Support system health management including upgrades, patching, and performance tuningDrive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, HR, MM, Integration, and Basis areas

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an experienced SAP leader who thrives in complex, regulated environments and can balance operational excellence with strategic delivery.

You will bring:

• Proven experience managing SAP teams in enterprise environments
• Strong operational understanding of SAP S/4HANA (on-prem)
• Experience across FICO and HCM modules
• Background in high-availability, audit-heavy environments
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
• Ability to prioritise across competing business and technical demands
