Job Description

The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Solution Architect / Lead Consultant to take ownership of one of Talan UKI’s most strategically important accounts. This role serves as the SAP solution architect, lead functional expert, and primary point of contact for the client’s SAP landscape.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary SAP expert and trusted advisor for major clients, particularly within the retail sector.
Manage day‑to‑day incoming requests, triage complex issues, and determine optimal resource allocation.
Maintain regular engagement with multiple client stakeholders.
Oversee the pipeline of work, tracking utilisation and upcoming needs.

Solution Architecture & Functional Ownership

Lead solution assessments, requirement gathering, and end‑to‑end functional design.
Prepare statements of work and ensure specifications are clear before assignment.
Provide expert guidance across SAP logistics modules and resolve complex functional challenges.
