SAP Logistics EWM Super-User

The team is dedicated to implementing business changes, improvements, and enhancements, especially concerning purchasing and logistics processes, tools, and systems within Group Technology Sourcing, with the support of change programmes.

What you’ll do

  • Enhance the efficiency and capabilities of Group Technology Sourcing Logistics through tool and system change projects.
  • Ensure the optimization and promotion of innovations and transformations (processes, tools, systems) via change programmes.
  • Record requirements accurately.
  • Execute tests effectively.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity.

Accountabilities

  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within tools and systems.
  • Evaluate internal and external inquiries regarding changes, assessing feasibility, potential improvements, and effort in logistics processes.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement steps for the realization of change projects.
  • Design and execute test scenarios.

Support Group Technology Operations

  • Assist operational business with complex inquiries about logistics processes, tools, and systems.

Cooperation within the team, other areas, and at group level

  • Represent and support team members effectively.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Maintain internal communication and coordination.
  • Continuously develop systems knowledge and internal End-to-End processes at Computacenter.

What you’ll need

  • At least three years of logistics training or a comparable qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and French.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Solid IT knowledge in SAP WM, SD & MM / SAP EWM.
  • Good understanding of logistics tools (WMS, TMS) and functionalities (EDI).
  • Familiarity with global supply chain processes, including logistics, sales, and purchasing.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Analytical thinking and systematic approach.
  • Motivated, with the ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience under pressure and in stressful situations.
  • Initiative to develop and expand knowledge.
