Exciting Opportunities for SAP Key Users in Thetford

We are currently looking for SAP Key Users to join our team in Thetford. Please note the following details:

• This position involves working night shifts.
• Shift hours are from 18:00 to 06:00, on a 4on 4off pattern.
• The pay rate is £16.81 per hour, with a 10% shift allowance, totaling £18.49 per hour.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring SAP in production areas, including housekeeping in frying and prep rooms.
• Understanding the full production process on SAP.
• Providing SAP training for new starters.
• Monitoring and updating training matrices.
• Adjusting stocks in SAP for production and warehouse areas.
• Collaborating with line personnel to complete daily SAP tasks.
• Updating KPIs daily using Excel.
• Reporting SAP KPIs to managers daily.
• Representing SAP in daily meetings.
• Understanding SAP traceability processes.
• Handling auto goods receipt errors daily.
• Managing SAP Packing administration.
• Creating new user accounts and coordinating with IT support.
• Sending hourly ‘Daily Shift Performance’ reports.
• Preparing stock take reports for management at EOS.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with SAP in a similar role is essential.
• Factory-based knowledge of SAP, with Power User training in implementation.
• At least 6 months of operational experience in a factory setting.
• Fault finding and resolution skills.
