Job summary

VE3 is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead for a major SAP SuccessFactors implementation in the United Kingdom. You will define the integration strategy, architecture standards, API framework and governance across SAP and external systems.

The role requires 10+ years of SAP integration experience, deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, API Management and middleware technologies. You will lead design workshops, drive architecture decisions and mentor technical teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP integration experience across SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA and cloud integrations.
• Experience defining integration strategy, architecture standards and API governance.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, CPI, API Management and BTP.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration design workshops and prepare interface specs and technical designs.
• Define integration strategy, architecture, governance and implementation roadmap.
• Design integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Payroll and third‑party apps.
• Implement using SAP Integration Suite/CPI, SAP API Management, OData and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Mentor consultants and ensure security, scalability, monitoring and performance.
• Support testing phases and production releases, manage risks and changes.

SAP Integration Lead Location: United Kingdom Position Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to join a large SAP SuccessFactors implementation programme. The successful candidate will define the integration strategy, architecture standards, API framework, and technical governance across SAP and third-party applications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration design workshops.
• Define overall integration strategy, architecture and governance framework and prepare implementation roadmap.
• Lead integration design workshops and prepare interface specifications, mapping documents, technical design and integration architecture.
• Design and implement integrations using SAP Cloud Integration (SAP Integration Suite/ CPI) Integration Centre, OData APIs, SOAP APIs, SuccessFactors Employee APIs, SFTP, middleware platforms and event-based integration patterns.
• Design integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, Azure AD, Concur, and third-party applications.
• Define API standards, integration patterns, and security architecture.
• Review technical specifications and integration designs.
• Support Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare.
• Manage integration related risks, dependencies, issues and Change requests and support production releases and continuous service improvement.
• Ensure scalability, security, monitoring, and performance of integrations.
• Mentor technical consultants and developers.
