Your role :

In this role you will play a key role in :

• Familiar with SAP IBP S&OP, Demand and Supply, Knowledge of data integration between ECC and other systems.
• The providers for IBP should handle the full lifecycle of the application, including maintenance, upgrades, monitoring of CIDS task, and incident resolution (P1, P2 and P3) within SLA timelines.
• The providers stay updated with the latest IBP releases and functionalities, ensuring smooth upgrades.
• Beyond just resolving issues, the provider aims to proactively identify potential problems and prevent disruptions through monitoring and analysis.
• Response to P1, P2 and P3 priority incidents within the SLA timelines.
• 8-hour support during CST and ACT hours.
• Investigate the root cause of the issue and share with the JH IS team.
• Coordinate with the business stakeholders to help resolve the incidents.
• Job responsibilities include working with clients to understand requirements, solutioning, system configuration and documentation.
• Be seen by the client as a functional expert.
• Facilitate functional workshops and ability to design solutions.
• Creating / validating process maps.
• Documenting configuration, functional specifications and test cases.
• Execution of test cases.
• Performing system configuration and Unit Tests.
• Providing inputs program and practice leadership.
• Support RFI / RFQ / RFP processes.

Your profile :

• Functional resource experience in SAP Materials Management.
• Minimum of 10 + years professional industry experience.
• At least 3 end-to-end IBP implementations including Demand, Supply and S&OP.
• Significant experience in Procurement, Inventory and manufacturing within SAP Materials Management (MM) module.
• Experience with Agile implementation methodologies.
• Overall supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven track record demonstrating strong communication skills and ability to work and lead a team.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Process Manufacturing.
