SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Migration Advisor - UK - Fully Remote - Permanent
We're hiring an experienced SAP HCM migration expert to join our growing HCM program - a strategic initiative helping customers migrate from SAP HCM (on-prem) to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
You'll work closely with top-tier SAP system integrators (SIs) such as IBM, Delaware, and Hexaware, acting as the go-to expert on migration best practices, technical implementation guidance, and support throughout customer transformation projects.
This is a partner-facing role, ideal for someone who combines hands-on SAP HCM and EC/ECP experience with strong communication and consulting skills.
Support SAP migration projects as an internal advisor to SI delivery partners.
Provide hands-on guidance on migrating from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors EC/ECP, including configuration, data structures, and tool usage.
Act as the single point of contact for project-related partner questions and issues.
Share best practice recommendations based on real project experience.
Ensure partner alignment with solution capabilities, delivery approach, and licensing models.
Feed field-level insights back into internal teams to improve solution quality and partner enablement.
5+ years' experience in SAP HCM implementation and/or migration.
Direct experience working on SAP SuccessFactors EC or ECP projects.
Strong understanding of HR data migration tools and processes.
Experience collaborating with large SIs (IBM, PWC, etc.) or boutique SAP partners.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and partner engagement skills.
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
