Job description

Role Summary

You will work within our UK and Ireland Managed Services (MS) Team. As an SAP Senior Consultant, you will support our UK and Ireland MS customer base with SAP solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing solutions for complex issues
• Maintaining and ensuring quality assurance
• Designing new solutions based on business needs, and building and testing these solutions to meet requirements

This UK role is home-based with minimal travel (subject to business needs and safety restrictions), with strong virtual connections to the UK team and colleagues across Europe and beyond.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Extensive SAP HCM UK and Ireland Payroll knowledge, including configuration and testing across modules (payroll, PA, TM, ESS, MSS, T&E, OM)
• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder communication
• Ability to identify issues and propose solutions
• Collaborative working across multiple parties
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Commercial awareness and proficiency in MS Office
• Over 10 years of SAP experience in ERP HR and Payroll
• Strong operational and process knowledge in HR and Payroll
• Experience with support team ticket handling and workload management
• Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
