Role Summary

You will work within our UK and Ireland Managed Services (MS) Team as an SAP Senior Consultant, supporting our UK and Ireland MS customer base with SAP solutions.

You will provide:

• Solutions for complex issues
• Maintenance and quality assurance
• Designs for new solutions based on business needs, including build and testing of those solutions to meet requirements

This UK role is home-based with minimal travel (subject to business needs and safety restrictions), with a strong virtual connection to the UK team and a network of colleagues across Europe and beyond.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing your workload
• Investigating and resolving complex issues
• Providing expert support, configuration, and documentation
• Engaging with customers and stakeholders
• Gathering and interpreting business requirements, documenting in functional specifications and design documents
• Creating, estimating, and delivering change orders within scope, time, and budget
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and legal standards
• Mentoring team members to build capability
