SAP HCM German Payroll Lead

Are you an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Lead looking for a part-time remote opportunity?

We are looking for an SAP HCM Payroll Lead to take ownership of payroll processes, ensuring smooth implementation and optimisation. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME), shaping the technical and functional vision of the project while providing expert support for payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP Payroll projects, ensuring seamless implementation and process improvements
• Analyse, document, and optimise payroll-related processes
• Manage payroll incidents and change requests, providing expert-level support
• Develop and implement SAP HCM solutions, ensuring best practices and efficiency

Must-Have Skills:

• Fluent in German and English
• Strong SAP HCM development experience, including SAP ABAP debugging
• Deep understanding of schemes, rules, and payroll-related topics
• Excellent knowledge of customising SAP HCM Payroll
• Ability to solve complex technical issues and support payroll system enhancements

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience optimising business processes and technical system setups
• Leadership experience in SAP Payroll projects
