Job Description:

Our client is seeking a SAP Functional Team Lead to manage analysts and architects supporting Records-to-Report (R2R) business functions.

This permanent role requires you to work in the Calgary office 3 days a week. Support for relocation is available for the right candidate.

Required skills:

• Experience leading (2+ years) SAP functional analysts and architects
• 10+ years in SAP functional solution design/architecture and delivery
• Expertise in optimizing and building roadmaps within the Records-to-Report (R2R) process
• Previous experience as an Architect on SAP implementations (ECC/S4/Hana)
• Hands-on experience developing solutions with:
• SAP FICO
• SAP FICO integrations with SD, MM & PP
• Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios

Nice to have:

• SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM)

Accountabilities:

• Build and lead a team of functional analysts and architects responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions to support Records to Report business functions
• Develop SAP roadmaps, strategies, and budgets to meet business objectives
• Collaborate with senior business leaders to understand how technology will support their strategies and processes
• Work with third-party vendors to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives
• Support hands-on architecting and designing SAP solutions as needed
