Job Description:

Our global client is seeking a Functional SAP Team Lead to manage functional analysts and architects supporting Sales and Distribution business functions.

This permanent role requires you to work in the Calgary office 3 days / week. Will support relocation for right candidate.

Required skills:

• Experience leading (2+ years) SAP functional analysts and architects
• 10+ years in SAP functional solution design/architecture and delivery
• Expertise optimizing and building roadmaps for SAP SD with a strong understanding of S2D (schedule to deliver) process
• Previous experience as a Functional Architect on SAP implementations (ECC, S/4 Hana)
• Some hands-on functional experience with:
• SAP IM (Inventory Management)
• SAP LE - Logistics Execution

Nice to have:

• SAP certifications
• SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
• SAP TM (Transportation Management)

Accountabilities:

• Build and lead a team of functional analysts and architects responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions to support Schedule to Deliver business functions.
• Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to meet business objectives.
• Work with senior business leaders to understand how the technology will support their business strategies and processes.
• Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives.
• May also support hands-on architecting and designing SAP solutions.
