Sap Functional Consultant

Base pay range:

A$140,000.00 / yr - A$160,000.00 / yr

As an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and configuration services, delivering SAP HCM ECC solutions to clients. This is a great opportunity to work with an innovative enterprise HR software company with a track record of success in Australia.

ROLE

• Provide consulting services in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM and relevant services.
• Lead SAP SuccessFactors HCM functional configuration, build, and testing activities to meet customer needs.
• Work closely with clients, building strong relationships through professional service delivery.
• Collaboratively present business functional requirements to address client business challenges.
• Develop statements of work, solution designs, and service pricing in collaboration with the account manager.
• Participate in account planning activities with the account team.
• Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors HCM Functional Consultant.
• Demonstrated experience with new customer implementations, system enhancements, and post-go-live support.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and testing.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certifications in Employee Central (EC) and HCM Talent Management modules (RMK, RCM, ONB2) showing clearly in your resume and correlates clearly on your LinkedIn profile.
• Must have completed at least 2 implementations of functional implementation experience of SuccessFactors modules like Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0.
• Highly preferred to have worked for an SAP consulting company - can have worked for both a consulting company and end user, prefer not to have only worked for an end user.
