Job summary

Modis is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Programme Lead to drive end-to-end implementations across large enterprises. You will shape finance operating models, lead design, configuration, testing and go-live activities, and partner with senior stakeholders to maximise value from SAP investments.

• Proven hands-on experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) implementations in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP Group Reporting, including consolidation and data integration.
• Experience configuring SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership of multi-workstream teams.

This role sits at the heart of large-scale SAP finance transformations, giving you the opportunity to lead complex S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting programmes for some of the world's leading organisations. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive end-to-end delivery, shape finance operating models, and help clients unlock the full value of their SAP investment.

• Experience configuring SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, with a solid understanding of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and related finance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead teams and multiple workstreams.
