A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant on a contract basis. The role involves enhancing operations in SAP S/4HANA Finance, working closely with finance teams to improve processes and support finance transformation initiatives. This position allows for flexibility with remote work across the UK and periodic visits to Belfast.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP FICO, ideally in S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of GL, AR, AP, AA, CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders).
• Ability to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.

Location: Belfast or UK Remote (Belfast visit approx every 2 months)

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join a leading manufacturing organisation on a contract basis. The role will focus on supporting and enhancing SAP S/4HANA Finance operations across core areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

You’ll collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs, drive process improvements, and support key finance transformation initiatives.

• Proven experience in SAP FICO, ideally within S/4HANA environments
• Strong understanding of GL, AR, AP, AA, CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders)
• Ability to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions
• Experience working with finance teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Comfortable bridging functional and technical discussions
• Ideally Belfast-based or open to remote within the UK – occasional visits to Belfast (approx. every 2 months)
