Job summary

An esteemed manufacturing organization is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to enhance their SAP S/4HANA Finance operations. You will engage with Finance stakeholders to improve processes, gather requirements, and contribute to finance transformation initiatives while working in a flexible environment, either in Belfast or remotely within the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP FICO, ideally within S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of GL, AR, AP, AA, CO.
• Experience working with finance teams in a manufacturing setting.

Location: Belfast or UK Remote (Belfast visit approx every 2 months)

Start Date: ASAP or within 6 weeks

Contract Length: 3 Months Initial (Extensions Likely)

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join a leading manufacturing organisation on a contract basis. The role will focus on supporting and enhancing SAP S/4HANA Finance operations across core areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

You’ll collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs, drive process improvements, and support key finance transformation initiatives.

• Proven experience in SAP FICO, ideally within S/4HANA environments
• Strong understanding of GL, AR, AP, AA, CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders)
• Ability to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions
• Experience working with finance teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Comfortable bridging functional and technical discussions
• Ideally Belfast-based or open to remote within the UK – occasional visits to Belfast (approx. every 2 months)
