Position Description Overview

The NTT DATA consultant owns consulting and client activities by advising, defining solutions, and providing subject matter expertise. They focus on delivering sales revenue through personal and company utilization, and are recognized as leaders in their area within the consulting group. They also support development and mentoring of others and contribute to NTT DATA propositions.

They may also assist in proposition development, IP development, and winning bids.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consulting:

• Deliver SAP FI, CO, Product Costing, and PS solutions according to project requirements.
• Advise on SAP Finance solutions, helping to solve business and technical challenges.
• Provide subject matter expertise aligned with the solutions.
• Lead projects and project teams to deliver solutions and value.

• Meet utilization targets.
• Follow resource plans to optimize utilization.
• Identify additional revenue opportunities.

• Share best practices, knowledge, and skills within the consulting group.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
• Stay updated with latest trends and bring innovation.

Performance Indicators

• Revenue and utilization targets achievement.
• Regular updates to PDPs demonstrating progress.
• Achievement of personal objectives.
• Demonstration of NTT DATA values and behaviors.

Candidate Profile

Strong background in Finance and Accounting, with technical expertise across SAP software supporting Finance. Minimum 6 years of experience in finance transformation, system optimization, and SAP implementation programs.

Continuous learner, sharing operational knowledge effectively, with a proven track record of successful customer project delivery. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships, and personal integrity. Drives results and inspires others.

Technical Must-Haves

• Expertise in SAP FI, CO, Product Costing, and PS.
• Understanding of cross-module integration (MM, SD, PP, HR, QM).
• S4HANA exposure, S4Finance, and Activate methodology familiarity.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Life Sciences regulations.
• Experience with Batch Management, SAP ATTP, SAP IC Hub.
• Legal/government reporting regulations knowledge.
• Experience with systems specific to Life Sciences or Pharma industries.
• Knowledge of Plasma processes, Computer System Validation, S4HANA Public Cloud, SAP Business ByDesign, Treasury Management, SAP BPC & BW, and Disclosure Management.
