Qualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

1. 7+ years of experience in SAP EWM and/or TM.
2. Lead in the New with innovative thinking, bringing industry best practices and latest trends in SAP EWM and/or TM.
3. Experience in managing and mentoring junior consultants, supporting their skill development and career growth.
4. Capability to lead larger and more complex SAP EWM and/or TM projects and contribute to the overall project strategy.
5. Strong project management skills, ability to manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
6. Proven experience in managing client relationships and expectations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, or SAP Fiori, and their impact on SAP EWM and/or TM processes.
2. Proficiency in data migration and data integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
3. Experience in handling international projects or working in a multi-cultural environment.
4. Experience with 3rd party integrated solutions and automation like ASRS, AGV, Pick by light.
5. Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in warehousing and transportation.
